Do you offer guarantees?
We sure do. we are one of a few companies in today's market that back our service. When we commit, we commit and offer are delivery guarantee on most orders. Ask your rep for more details.
How long will it take to get PODs?
If you're able to accept a picture of a POD, we can get them to you the minute they are signed. For a PDF copy, you're looking at a day usually.
Do you do trailer swapping?
On certain clients, we can make arrangements to build out a trailer pool if it adds more flexibility for our clients.
What are your prices like?
We operate a little different than most carriers. Our prices do not move with markets, we have an operating cost we must cover to be profitable and take care of our clients long-term. So when we give yo a price, that's the price regardless of market capacity in your area. The only variable we account for s fuel.
